Calling all parents!

Our 9:30am Strength & Conditioning class is pram-friendly!Here at Fight Gym, we understand that getting back into exercise after having a baby can be a juggle, so feel free to bring your little ones along. While we don’t have a creche or babysitter on-site, you’re welcome to keep your baby nearby as you work out, we ask that your baby be non-mobile and your welcome to bring your stroller, capsule, blanket or baby seat so that your baby can be comfortable while you work out.

We also keep the music at a lower volume so it’s gentler on those tiny ears. Our team will do their best to keep things fun and engaging for everyone, and you can get a great workout in while being close to your baby. So grab your pram, bring your little sidekick, and come join us for a workout you’ll love! See you there!

Please note, we don’t offer a creche or child care service, so your baby’s care remains your responsibility throughout the class. We’re all about supporting parents and we love having your little ones here with us!
